All students are invited to attend free Yoga sessions with Lolly Pattenall from Firefly Practice every Wednesday at 3.30pm in the dalo.

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing form of yoga which uses the breath to lead the body through safe, intelligent sequences. Whilst my yoga classes are relaxed and informal, they will be dynamic and challenging and each class will build strength, promote flexibility and create space in both your body and your mind.
